Yep agree with all that, particularly the middle paragraph:

Quote from Mackie The Staggie :Craig is brilliant in this film, the script has a perfect mix of action and dialogue. One thing that did strike me was it's visually a great looking film, the silhouetted fight scene to the beautiful grey of the Highlands of Scotland the cinematographery is stunning. The film towed the line perfectly between the 'Classic Bond' with his witty one liners but bleeds seeminglessly into 'Bourne Bond', a man who has a back story which is often not touched on in the movies. Because of this, it feels as if Skyfall has been influenced by the likes of Nolan's Batman films and the Bourne series. Skyfall holds it's own well and generally excited to see where they go with this now.

Can't wait to see how the "new" characters integrate into it. The new Q is certainly very different but definitely more suited to more modern stuff. The only gripes I had were the lack of a "proper" Bond car chase (aka him in an Aston with Rocket Launchers/Grenades e.t.c.) and a fair few "realism" issues - but I suppose this is James Bond so I could perhaps let that slide

Quote from Racer X NZ :Welcome to NZ's capital

248km/h The highest gust of wind ever recorded in Wellington
29km/h The average wind speed at Wellington Airport; 18km/h Chicago's average wind speed
104km/h The highest gust at Wellington Airport this spring, on November 28th
233 The number of days winds topped gale-force speed in Wellington's windiest year.

But this is a major crisis for the US so we should all show sympathy, or at least watch the webcams.

Ahhh shit yeah how can we be so stupid? I forgot 60 million people live in New Zealand

That awkward moment when the best road car (by miles) I have in iRacing (which isn't that many tbh) is the Street Stock

There we go.

But yes:

Heh yeah true, although I *think* they pack all the fragile stuff together separately so the ramp dude should know it's fragile.

EDIT: LOL @ some of the stuff that comes up on a google search for this:

Quote from Delta Airlines :Cremated Remains
Cremated remains can be accepted as either carry-on or checked baggage.
Carry-on:
Remains must pass through the x-ray machine. If the container is metal and prevents the screener from clearly being able to see what’s inside, the container will not be allowed through the security checkpoint. TSA suggests the passenger purchase a temporary or permanent crematory container of lighter material such as wood or plastic which can easily be x-rayed. TSA is not allowed to open the container under any circumstances.
Checked Baggage:
A passenger may transport cremated remains as checked baggage provided the remains successfully pass through security screening.
Normal bag fees apply.

Quote from United Airlines :Antlers

United will accept one set of antlers or animal horns per ticketed customer. Antlers are subject to a $100 service charge per item. This charge is in addition to any excess baggage charges that may apply.

Aircraft size and load conditions permit
Antlers must be as free of residue as possible
Skull must be wrapped and antler tips must be properly protected
Antler linear dimensions (L+W+H) must not exceed 120 inches, however on United Express® flights, the linear dimensions cannot exceed 33 inches x 43 inches (83 cm x 109 cm) and overall linear dimensions must not exceed 98 inches (248 cm)
Excess Valuation may not be purchased for antlers.

Quote from United Airlines :Zamzam Water

United Airlines will accept one jerry can containing up to 10 liters (2.64 gallons) of Zamzam water as checked baggage at no extra charge.

The jerry can must be properly packed in a plastic covering to avoid leakage and damage to other bags.

Jerry cans containing Zamzam water are not permitted as carry-on or in cabin baggage.

If more than one jerry can is checked, the extra jerry cans will be subject to excess baggage charges.

Is there like a special thing at the airport where you check in oversize/fragile luggage, like skis or golf clubs? (you're in spain, there must be somewhere for golf clubs? ) See if you can put them through there. That and lots of fragile stickers. Should be ok once Easyjet have got their hands on them (i.e. once they're on the plane) - you putting them in a hard case? The bag won't move around on the plane very much as it'll be squashed in with all the other bags

Quote from PMD9409 :Wasn't this known to happen for a while now? I know the commentators here for example mentioned it quite often. Anyways that article doesn't really confirm anything.

Yeah it's been changed this morning from "Vettel going to Ferrari in 2014" to "Ferrari plan to sign Vettel for 2014" so not sure really. Christian Horner seems certain he's not leaving (hardly surprising) but apparently Vettel can leave if he so wanted. But why would he?

Quote from JazzOn :However, you wouldn't hear it anyway since you're faster than the sound, no??

Nah you would because you're "behind" the shockwave, i.e. travelling into it. (I'm assuming it would form at his head?) If it formed behind his head then no, he wouldn't hear it. There won't be much of a shockwave up that high anyway, the air is so thin.
